A wide range of services allow self-referrals, this means you don’t need a doctor to refer you if you think you need to see a specialist.

Healthy Me

Healthy Me is a Wiltshire based fun and interactive programme for Children aged 5-18 years old who are above the healthy weight for their age, and their families.

NHS psychological therapies service (IAPT) (Adults)

If you live in England, you can refer yourself to an NHS psychological therapies service (IAPT).

IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) services offer NICE recommended therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), for common problems involving stress, anxiety and depression.

Podiatry

The Podiatry Service provides a comprehensive range of specialist and general clinical interventions. This includes health education and promotion and the effective triage, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of foot problems.

You can access the service following a referral from a health care professional or by completing a referral form.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) (0-18 Years)

We are a specialist NHS service providing assessment and support for children and young people up to 18 who are experiencing poor mental health.

We work with you and your family to identify your difficulties and provide the right help for you.

Continence

Wiltshire Continence Service provides adult clinical services across Wiltshire.

Our Continence Nurse Specialists and Pelvic Health Physiotherapists provide specialist clinical assessment, advice and treatment plans for patients with bladder, bowel or pelvic floor dysfunction and also continence issues. We also provide education and support to health care professionals and our patients to assist them with the promotion of continence and management of incontinence.

Physiotherapy

Wiltshire Health and Care offers Physiotherapy services to treat a range of conditions that can cause pain, stiffness, weakness, pins and needles or other symptoms. These conditions can cause difficulty with daily tasks, sleep, work, leisure or sport. Some of the conditions the WHC treats include: Pain affecting a body part such as the neck or back, Osteoarthritis, Fractures, Joint replacement, Amputees, Sports injuries and Post op rehab.

Wiltshire Children’s Services (Single Point of Access)

HCRG Care Group provide a wide range of children and young people’s services which look after physical, medical and mental health and wellbeing of children and young people up to the age of 19 years old.

They provide everything from public health nursing to specialist support for children and young people with physical, sensory or learning needs and disabilities.

Turning Point

Turning Point offers a range of support for different needs such as: drugs & alcohol, mental health, learning disability, family & friends and sexual health.

Accepting you need support can be a daunting task. Turning point are there to support you to where you want to be in your life.
